Information planned for collection

Inquiry forms may request your name, company, country, email, telephone or WhatsApp, optional tax identification and product, quantity and business requirements. Partnership inquiries may include represented brands, purchasing volume and import status.

Inquiry source, language, page and submission time may accompany your request. Do not send patient information or health data.

Purposes and proposed grounds

Information would be used to assess and answer inquiries, prepare quotations and discuss a prospective business relationship. Proposed grounds include requested pre-contractual steps or legitimate interests where applicable, subject to assessment and legal review.

Marketing would require separate, optional consent that can be withdrawn. Declining marketing will not prevent inquiry handling. Applicable grounds will be confirmed for each jurisdiction before launch.

Retention

The proposed retention period is 24 months from the inquiry, subject to legal review. Data would then be deleted or anonymized unless a legal obligation or documented need to exercise rights requires retention.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may withdraw marketing consent or ask about sharing by contacting sales@medivadent.com.

Planned international transfers

The proposed architecture may use Cloudflare (global infrastructure, hosting and inquiry storage), Resend (United States, response messages) and Feishu (China, business inquiry management). These services are not connected in this demonstration site.

Actual processing locations, provider roles, transfer mechanisms and contractual safeguards must be confirmed before activation. Access restrictions and protection in transit are planned measures; this draft does not attest to their implementation.
